Small White Bumps on Penis Shaft

Hello, I'm a 20 year old male, and I'm not taking any prescriptions for anything, nor have any known allergies.

These small white bumps have developed on my penis, since I was about 13 and have not left since. This is around the age that I first became sexually active, and am extremely worried it may be an STD. I have done research into this, and I am assuming it's the disease molluscum , but it's not affecting anywhere else on my body other than the shaft of my penis. I am very nervous about seeing a physician/dermatologist about this. There are countless numbers of them, some of them will pop when I squeeze them and expel a whitish-yellow hard gel-like substance, that has no smell and squishes if pressed. It doesn't seem like they're multiplying anymore, they've just been there for so long. They seem almost like pimples without the red part.

Please respond, as I am too worried to go to a physician or dermatologist, and are there any remedies I am capable of doing without the help of others, I am very nervous about this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms that you have mentioned, it looks like Fordyce spots. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
