Small brown spots on inner thigh and groin

I have these small brown spots on my inner thigh and groin area. I have not noticed them before in the past but I also haven't paid a lot of attention. (I have been paying more attention to my skin since I realize how important it really is). The brown spots are small but all of them together make a patch on my thigh/groin about the size of two quarters sitting side by side (see pics). They don't hurt, itch, bleed or scab over and they are flat. What could these be? Skin cancer? Something harmless? Please help.

Also, I don't know if this is necessary information but I am a 28 year old female.
