Small bump on scalp that won't go away

I had a small bump on my scalp(top centre) for over 6 months now. After a couple of months, after finding out about it, I went to my GP, who said that it's just a pimple and it will go away.
but that's not the case.
Had a second one(a couple of months ago) on the side of my scalp. I keep touching and scratching it every time I touch it because it feels hard on touch. However, even when I stopped touching/scratching the bump, it didn't go away

I have taken some close up pics to show what it looks like
The first pic is of the first bump(where the hair seems to be broken, probably due to scratching and picking) and you can notice the area being slightly darker than surrounding areas.

The 2nd and 3rd pic are of the side bump

Since it's been 6 months since you went to the doctor, it's time to go back and let them know the problem is still ongoing- they should also be able to refer you to another doctor if they aren't sure what's happening.  But, after that long, don't let the problem continue without pushing for more answers!  Let us know how you are doing!
