Small hard bumps on inner thigh?

I have these small hard bumps (in a single line) on my inner thigh next to my groin. They a little bit white in color but mostly skin colored. I do not know how to get rid of them please help... I am also not sexually active so there is little chance it could be a std.

Just wanted to check to see how you were doing?  Were you able to get to a doctor?

Are they itchy?  It's always hard to tell what a bump is with just a description-it's best to go to a doctor and get it examined.  It could be something from wearing too tight clothing or a little rash from shaving.  Hope you can get into your doctor soon to get some peace of mind, let us know how it goes!
