Small lip colored bumps on lip, grainy feeling
So these small bumps are invisible to anyone, i can only feel them with my tongue. My lips feel grainy. I thought it was an allergic reaction to a lip balm so i stopped using it, but they are back and dont know what causes them... no pain or itch, just burns a little when my lips are dry.. anyone knows what it is and how to treat and prevent it?
