What are the bumps on the top of my feet and up my ankles and calves?
Years ago (1995), a dermatologist said these small flesh-colored bumps were a type of STD and he burned them off. Said they would progress up my legs.After 10 years or so, they reappeared.

Have you been to a follow up doctor since 1995? Did the doctor say what type of STD and did the doctor expect it to return? If you haven't been seen for this since '95- I'd recommend going in for a follow up with another doctor to see if you can determine what this is a little bit more.
