Small red, random, NON itchy bumps?

I'm at a loss. I've had major problems with acne (just the face) and just finished taking Accutane. Consequently, I was recently diagnosed with anxiety and depression (unrelated to the Accutane as I had issues before) so have started Lexapro and Clonazapam. I live in KS, have pets, hike somewhat frequently, and an 24 and otherwise healthy.

A few weeks ago, I started developing little clusters of bumps. Maybe 8 in each cluster, three clusters, along with some random ones singularly elsewhere. I went to the doctor, he had no idea. Went to the dermatologist, she said they were definitely inflamed, maybe due to a virus, but not folliculitis so she didn't know either. She gave me some steroid cream and sent me on my way.

The cream seemed to work and the spots disappeared so I thought all was well. Now, they've come back. Just in singles, though I have pair on my stomach and like three close together on my leg.

They don't itch, sting, burn - nothing. They're just THERE. I have no idea what they are and it's absolutely terrifying for me because most of my anxiety revolves around my health so I've convinced myself I have some secret systemic disease and no one will know until it's too late. I've also convinced myself that it's a sign of the acne returning and I'm going to start getting it awful all over my body.

Any ideas?
