Soap irritation?

I know this is not an std because im only 14 and dont have sex its just that i bin experiencing dryness in my penis head when done getting out of the shower. There will also be times when it will be slight red. This part is rare but there will be times when i will slightly itch. Thats mostly when im done peeing and dont wipe off the urine correctly. It doesn't happen all the time. My penis will sometimes be wrinkly also. Can someone please be nice and tell me what this is. Should i worrie or not. Is it because of my soap or something else.?? Please help.

Hi. Your issue sounds like dry skin. Very common as the penis skin is thin and sensitive. Try a mild perfume free soap and try warm water in the shower. Hot water will dry skin quickly. Also try some lotion. No scented lotion. Something mild for dry skin.
  Soaps can strip the skin of essential oils.
This is all normal and nothing to worry about.
