Sore Skin

After taking amoxicillin (for dog bite to ear) only took them for 2 days as bad stomach upset and weak feeling/pain in arms & erythromycin about 3 to 4 weeks later for pimples on scalp about 4 to 5 days after the stopping the erythromycin due to bad stomach upset (going to toilet 5 to 6 times a day) my wrists went very red and sore (worse on right hand) dominant hand and also my hands constant flushing/hot/sore (could not even but hands in jean pockets so sore)

Was given antihistamine shot and 3 days’ worth prednisone tablets in ER which seemed to calm skin within a few hours but once they wore off it came back.

Went back to local doctor and he gave me 5 days more prednisone tablets and antihistamine tablets which calmed it again but it came back when tablets stopped.

Then given Dermovate ointment 2 times a day on hands for 2 weeks which calmed my hands but they still get flushed/red if I get hot (in gym or doing housework)
I am now almost 5 months since taking the amoxicillin & erythromycin (I did not complete either course of tablets due to the bad effect they had on my stomach) I am left with patches of red sore/hot rash on arms that’s worse if I get hot (in gym or doing housework) and flushing hands when I get hot, also sometimes my cheeks on face flush as well.

Also have sore feeling lips with redness around edge of lips and my legs feel like the are sore with no rash.
