Spider and bulging varicose veins under eyes along with severe redness please help!

Both of my eyes have looked like i have black eyes from how bad the redness is underneath of both of them ever since the 6th grade. Then about a year after that i started to develop really noticeable spider veins underneath them as well (along with redness getting slightly worse). Both the redness and the spider veins kept getting more noticeable as i got older and about the beginning of my junior year in high school (17 years old) i started to notice a varicose vein coming in on my left under eye (that eye had the biggest spider vein), and now i am 18 years old in my senior year at high school with really bad redness, spider and varicose veins under both of my eyes. Also about when i was 16 I started to developed spider veins on both my left and right side of forehead, very small spider veins on my cheeks, some under my lips, and in multiple areas on my body. It seems like something i was born with and Im so self conscious about this that i wear a concealer under my eyes to get rid of the redness and cover up the spider veins, but the varicose vein under my left eye bulges out so much you cant conceal it, so i wear glasses when I'm up close with other people. I need to get rid of all of this asap. What would be the best thing for me to do? Any ideas on what may cause this? And is it possible that my skin is too thin and some kind of skin thickening lotion would fix the problem?

Other information possibly related:
-Have high blood pressure.
-I was squinting under eye muscles almost all the time as a attempt to cover up spider veins, and worked until the varicose veins came up a little while after i began to do that.
-Used to be in front of a computer screen a extremely large proportion of the day from about 5th to 8th grade, and still quite a bit but not near as much.
-Started lifting weights at about 16. Only exercise i got was walking around school and occasional gym class up until i started lifting (so pretty much 0 exercise at all)
-I used to take Adderall XR 20 mg (as my ADHD stimulant) and Clonidine 0.2 mg (decreasing heart rate and relaxing blood vessels) everyday up until i was 16 and still take both occasionally.
-Started tanning regularly once i turned 16.
**Not sure if this that information helps any but i figured i would post everything that could possibly be a cause or be a risk factor to my problem.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms these sound like superficial veins or telangiectasia.Superficial veins are visible in normal fair skinnes persons.Telangiectasia are small dilated blood vessels near the surface of the skin or mucous membranes. It can be due to venous hypertension, sun or cold exposure, skin trauma, carcinoid syndrome or CREST syndrome.

Sclerotherapy and laser treatment are the two main treatment options. Please discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Here is a picture of the redness under my eyes. However, the veins don't show up very well due to the lighting, but the veins are muchhh more visible than usual under eye veins.
