Spreading white/red spots on arms & stomache

About 6months ago i notices 4 small ciggarette burn size & shape spots in the same spots on both shoulders & inner arm (where the elbow crease is).... Didnt think much of them because tey have never itched burned or had any symptoms at all. They have only bothered me because i can see them...then about 3months ago i noticed the one on my right arm had made a flower like shape & my left arm had spread randomly leaving white spots instead of the pinkish color they have always been. I also notices new ones developing on my stomach. Now i have recently notices the ones on my stomache are constantly dark pink/red, while my left arm is still pinkish spots but mostly white. But the spots on my right arm have all of a sudden been turning red like infected! I thought it was because i was just got but now they're not changing back to the pearl color they once would be. Iv tried the antifungal creams & ice, i am anemic but my deficiency isn't major & i take iron pills to compensate for it..please help i have no insurance & am scared because i can't find it online and need to know what to do its been getting worse & i am very scared! They are only on my stomache and arms no other place on my body.

Thank you for replying its a huge weight off my shoulders to know what it may possibly be....i really appreciate it! :)

Although my symptoms do not include any of the symptoms you have described... (No itching, headaches, nausea, ect.) I have noticed lately the spots have been non active as far as symptoms go..but they have been slightly raised w/ a pearly color to them.  I must admit i do drink.  :( & yes it is on a duly basis ..about 48 oz. a day
Idk if that has any effect on anything but i wanted to mention it just incase...anyways latley iv noticed the spots have been looking a lot like really dry skin.  And when i drink they have been changing colors from a pearl to a pink almost red color. Could it be because of the drinking??  Anything to do w/ my liver or kidneys? Thank u for your time & again i really appreciate it so very much!! I hope u can help ... THANK YOU!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and itching. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
