Strange patchy rings on top of foot and shin

About two months ago I developed a large rash on the top of my foot. It it circular and pink and patchy. About two weeks ago another much smaller ring accompanied it on my shin. It feels slightly bumpy to the touch. No itching or pain whatsoever. I have tried anti fungal cream with no success.

But I just want to make sure it's not ringworm

That link is showing images of granuloma annulare.
Is that what you think it might be?
Can you take a picture of your rash and post it online with a link to it?

If you are certain that is the diagnosis, google for granuloma annulare lyme disease.

I believe is ring worm.
