Strange red marks on palms of hands

Hi, I recently took bactrim which gave me a horrible allergic reaction for what was thought to be a bacterial skin infection. My whole body was extremely itchy and I was thought to have cellulitis. While the itching has gone away, I am still having weird symptoms. I realize when I eat certain things (inflammatory foods) these strange red marks appear on the palms of my hands. I went to a dermatologist who thinks they are some sort of bug bite and also diagnosed me with hives...I also get a tingly sensation in my feet, arms, legs, and head that come and go...no one can seem to help me or provide an explanation. Please someone provide some insight.
