Straw like har

Has anyone ever had this problem? I wash my face every night and my hair every morning. My hair has lost all of its body. It lays completely FLAT on my head when I wash it. After blow drying it each morning I use velcro rollers. No other heat. I go to work around 8:15 and by 10am I have a "hair spray" like feeling on my hair, face and hands. Nowhere else. By the end of the day, my hair looks like I have fried it. My face feels like I have sat out in the sun all day and my hands are so tight that they hurt. EVERY blood test in the world has been performed. Some days are worse than others. Any ideas?

Thank you so much for responding. What are your thoughts on Coral Calcium. Someone mentioned to me that this supplement may help with my skin and hair. Your thoughts?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You need to pay attention to your diet. Your hair needs vitamins and minerals to grow that it can only get from the bloodstream. So if you want to speed up your hair growth and thickness you should limit the intake of fat and salts. Selenium, zinc and magnesium are some of the minerals that your hair needs and also amino acids and vitamin E will help in growing hairs. You can regularly massage scalp with oil, use protein conditioner to avoid loss and help growing, prevent exposure in hot sun etc.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
