Sudden flaky skin NOT itchy

It looks like eczema to me, but I've never had eczema and it seems odd the way it suddenly appeared .... Also it is not it itchy or red at all (yet). First I had a very odd bump appear on my pinky. It looks like a wart, but came and went in the span of like 3 days leaving a very strange scar behind ... Then all of a sudden today I noticed that my palm, specifically my fingers on the same hand (NOT appearing on the other hand) are dry, white and flaky. It does not itch at all but is alarming! I first put on some apple cider vinegar, thinking it could be a fungal infection, but it seemed worse after that. Then o just put on lotion. Any ideas? It's really not a problem right now, as it is not itchy or anything, but concerned at how quickly it moved from my pinky to the rest of my hand, if the two are even related. The strange scar on my pinky is still there...

Update: all of a sudden I got a bunch of small red itchy bumps on my forearm. Literally just a few minutes after posting this. Seems like an allergic reaction, but I can't figure out to what? And how are these things related? Also I have diarrhea at the moment ... Doesn't seem related but I guess you never know. Any idea about what's going on??? Could the rash on my arm just be caused by anxiety!?
