Dr. Santos I'd like more info if possible? This condition started just recently! I 've never experienced anything like it before! I don't drink very muchdon'r smoke or do any medications! In other words I live a healthy life-style! When weight is perfect so I'm curious about this sympton! I did some brief research on Rosacea and that doesn't seem to be the cause, although I'mm not entirely certain. Feed back kindly?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

This is a normal reaction to the alcohol you had. Facial flushing, or a red, hot, burning face, may be attributed to  alcohol, and to other conditions/substances such as drugs, hives, rosacea or menopause.  This action allows body heat to escape and lowers body temperature.

Take care and regards.
