The glands on my penis are always slightly red

A while back I masturbated with this aloe lotion and the next day I woke up and my penis was swollen and also looked like it was peeling. I went to a doctor and he gave me a cream and that helped I suppose. But as weeks went on my penis head was slightly red and blotchy. So probably 6 months later the head of my penis is still slightly red and blotchy. It comes and goes, but there is always a little redness there. It doesn't burn when I pee or anything like that. I have been to 5 doctors and they all said it doesn't like an std, thank god. I also took a std test and came up clear. Each time as well the doctors didn't even know what they were supposed to be looking at which I guess is a good sign. I was given a cream a few months ago that I apply twice a day and it doesn't seem to do much.  It doesn't bother me at all, it's just there. I was just wondering if any dermatologists have any insight of alternative treatment. I'm 21 and obviously this is the last thing I want on my mind at such a young age. Is there a way to clear this up or is this just something that sometimes happens naturally? I also shower everyday, so I doubt that has a roll in it.

Thanks for the help!

Hello,

Thank you for your comment. Still no change after applying the cream for about 2 months. The cream is called "Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate cream USP, 1%/0.05%" I have taken a few pictures if you are interested in taking a look.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it sounds like irritant contact dermatitis. Irritant dermatitis, the most common type of contact dermatitis, involves inflammation resulting from contact with acids, alkaline materials such as soaps and detergents, cosmetics, or other chemicals.

Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Wash the area with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort.

If the symptoms persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
