There is some problem with a bit of skin of the head of my daughter since her birth

There is some problem with a bit of skin of the head of my daughter since her birth. Sorry for my poor English to describe the symptom, you can see it in the attached photo. The disease should not cause special itch, but I don't know whether she feel numb for that bit of skin because she is too little to speak. I can see none of hair roots in that bit of skin. What's the symptom and how to cure it? Thank you!!!

Thank you, Bhupinder.
I can rule out tinea capitis and alopecia aereta, because the disease has been like this since my daughter's birth.
I will consult some doctors face to face.

Hello,
For such a bald spot, tinea capitis and alopecia aereta needs to be ruled out. Tinea capitis and can spread direct contact with someone who has the condition, or if you touch contaminated items such as combs, hats, clothing, or similar surfaces. Diagnosis is by clinical examination of the scalp as well as a skin lesion biopsy with microscopic examination.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
