Tingling then Itching

I've been starting to get this tingling feeling in spots over my body, and it engages me to start to itch the same spot. It firsts feels like a mosquito bite, because it swells up like one, but then I've noticed to get red spots around where i itch.

At first I thought it was bed bugs. So i washed all my clothes and bed sheets, had a shower and scrubed my whole body down. As soon as i got into my clean bed, the tingling feeling just kept happening and i proceeded to itch.

I went to the doctor and had treated for mites  ( pyritheone) mites are scabies they are yusually transmitted through kennels or wildlife, I saved a bird last month but I've got them back with no kenneling for my cats or stray animals what now?

They stay in clumps following some kind of line structure in the sweaty spots, and essentially happen at night?

i wouldn't say what I have is scabies because that would be transmitted to my flatmate and he would have them too. He doesn't itch or have what I have. Also there is no structure when I itch, I too have research on scabies and i'm pretty sure i'm clear of them. Apparently you can see scabies, and if you see small blood spots on your bed then that suggests you have squished them.

well turns out I know what little critter is causing my itcheness. Last night after further inspection of my bed, i found the critter, small ant like with a stinger. After doing some research on the innet it seems to be a fire ant that i've brought into the room. Same rash developed from itching as taken in the photo above.
I had a motorcycle accident and went bush where that night the itching began. My guess is I brought it in with my motorcycling gear. After getting rid of the critter last night I had a great sleep without itching. Now to takle the whole room on the weekend with a decent clean and I should be sweet.
