Tiny flesh colored bumps

I have hundreds of these small flesh colored bumps on my ankles, tops of feet and inner wrists. You only can see them in the sunshine or with a flashlight. One derm said keratosis stucco which it does not look like that at all and the other wasn’t sure. There are spreading and I want to know  what they are.
