Tiny white bumps on shaft of penis

Dear Doctor,

After masturbating with my hand holding the shaft of the penis and applying light strokes, I found that my penis shaft has developed some tiny white bumps.  They were not there before.  Could these be the sebum buildup from the glands and will they eventually go away?

Thank you very much for your help.  I really appreciate it.

Dear Doctor,

Thank you very much for your response.  I feel that these tiny bumps appear after I have masturbation using my hands.  However, these bumps does not appear in areas where my hand was touching the shaft.  They are located around the mid to lower part of the shaft.

Are there any associations with masturbation and these tiny white bumps?  and they are just appearing recently.  Will they eventually just go away?

Thank you very much for your help.  I really appreciate it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts,Fordyce spots or molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug).
Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted.
