Unusual hair growth

I am a 20 year old guy and considering that the hair growth on the body is really excessive like i have a full proper beard and now hair is growing on my cheeks and whole face too. Moreover, i have literally hair on my every part of the body from neck to foot even though it is not long it is there and it would eventually grow out. Eveyone would say is could be genetic but no one from my parents side have any excessive hair growth. Using hair removal things like shaving or creams is not practical because it is there every place. If the hair growth is like this would be still kind of acceptable when ill be 40ish but at 20, I really think something is wrong not sure hormonal or what. If i dont stop  the hair growth eventually the hair would cover my entire skin on the body which actually is there now but its like small hairs. If someone could help that would be great and recommend on what i should do.
Thanks
