Vein on face down under chin

I noticed about a week ago I had a dark blue vein from the corner of my mouth to my chin. I let it slide. I noticed today that the vein  now goes down under my chin and makes a U turn and comes back up. I've also noticed I am getting these small bumps around the area. I'm almost 34 yrs old.
I'm really worried about this.

A staph folliculitis is quite common. Do get tested for diabetes, and make sure you take care to take some vitC.

Went and got it checked out. It's a staph infection. (The bumps) Got meds and cream. I don't know what the veins are. I'm guessing from the staph infection.

Suppose you had a phlebitis I would have expected pain and inflammation.Do these bumps show up on the vessel pattern and do they itch?

However, it is kind of crazy how I don't have ANY bumps on my left side. They're all on the right. Some up top too. I sleep on my belly and my right side of my face is in the pillow.
I'm going today to the doctor to see what's up with all these veins and bumps.

I don't think I have bedbugs. I'm more worried about the veins that just showed up on my face.

These patterns make me think of cimicosis (bedbug bites) due to the linear pattern. Any itching?
Regards.
