Is this type of anxiety normal for you?

The types of warts that affect the genital area, including your bum/butt crack, don't affect other areas, and vice versa. You don't need to worry about this.

You really don't need to worry about this at all. HPV is not a big deal. It's incredibly common, and easily treated if you get a wart.

I'd suggest talking to someone - your doctor, a therapist - about your anxiety. Your reaction to this is not proportional.
I dont know if its anxiety but i do worry about little things in life like this wart situation.

So even if i did touch the surface of the wart with my finger im not going to get warts?

Thanks for the reply. What if i touched the wart and then forgot to wash my hands and touched my face and body will i get warts ?
This sounds like anxiety with the "what if".

There are hundreds of different strains of HPV, the virus that causes warts. Certain strains cause warts on different parts of the body. I wouldn't worry about this at all.

You'd have remembered if you touched the wart.
