Weird finger/cuticle problem

For over a year now, I've had these weird growths? on the cuticles of my fingers. It started on the right little finger, and seems to have spread to 6/10 fingers. They aren't typically painful, but they are sensitive. Even now when pressing the shift button with my little finger, I can feel a little stab of pain. I would have immediately went to the doctor if I had health insurance, but I don't.

If it helps, which I'm sure it may, I'm a 17 year old female. They began developing when I was 16.

Did anyone ever figure it out? I still have it and it's pushing my nail out of place. It's really scaring me.
