Weird small 'bump' on breast

Got back from a day out of shopping about two hours ago. Took my bra off, and only just realise this weird spot located on my right breast, left side of my areola. At first thought it was just a normal spot like you would get on your face as it looked like it needed popping. Attempted to pop it, then that's when I realised it wasn't just a "normal" spot. It's now like a small raised bump, prefectly shaped circular, slightly red around the edges and has a small black dot in the middle. It's not itchy, just a tiny but 'stingy' to the touch. Can anyone help?
