I am a young male who is looking for answers regarding his penis I have some dark spots on the head and under that I have pigmented glans which I don’t have anywhere pigmented skin only feels cold the head which I am very concerned I am too afraid to talk to a doctor or anyone personally about it if there’s anyone who could possibly know please respond.Noticed these spots when I started masturbaiting about once a day PLEASE

I just responded to your other post that didn't have as much information- but given that you just noticed it, and you are seeing other symptoms- you need to go to your doctor to know for certain what the issue is. Your doctor will need to give you an in person exam and ask you some medical questions. I know it's uncomfortable, but your doctor is your best resource and they are used to these kind of things.
