Wet, itchy, pinkish red groin rash

Hi. I am a 17 yrs old male. My groin area has red sores that are extremely itchy and painful. They appear as if an upper layer of skin has been scraped off to expose a lower wet layer. The scrotum, groin and surrounding area of the thigh are covered in these sores. The effected area is wet with a sticky liquid which feels and smells a bit like semen. Wiping off doesnt help as the wetness returns instantly. Causes too much discomfort, itching and pain. I usually wear boxer briefs but after the rashes, I've been wearing loose cotton boxers. That has only helped slightly by preventing clothing from touching the sores but nothing else. Please help.

I'm not sure if Lotrimin cream would be available in my country. Is there any way I can treat it at home?

Try treating this with Lotrimin cream as directed on the tube.  You would need to wash your underwear (and socks) in hot water with measured Tide and half a cup of baking soda for each load.  

If it is not yeast (jock itch) then it might be psoriasis, and that is harder to treat.  Hopefully it's just a fungus like jock itch.
