What are the red, splotchy, uneven marks on my face?

Hi there, over the past two weeks I have developed a reaction on my face that looks like red indented marks and is causing an unevenness to my skin tone on my cheeks. I have had no history of it before this and I want to make it go away but I don't know how.

I use a wide range of products daily for skincare, for reference. These include, Niacinamide + Zinc serum, Retinol Serum, Vitimin C serum and I derma roll once a week.

Attached is a picture of my face for reference, Please help!

Update: The second I cut the Retinol out of my routine my skin began clearing up. Guess my skin don’t like it.

Have you had any changes in diet, stress level, sun exposure or anything like that- which might cause a reaction of any type?

Possibly sub exposure, but that’s because the weather is getting nicer. I have been going tanning.
