What are these multiplying red dots on my hands?

Hello. I am experiencing red dots on both of my hands. It is on the back of my fingers, back of my hands, and my wrist, but does not spread past that or to my palm. Although they are on both hands most are on the right. Here are some details that I think might help:

1) I just got a flu shot
2) I have a healing cut in the back of my right hand
3) I overextended my right arm badly two days before the dots appeared
4) The dots faded over the day but returned with more dots during a shower
5) I’m finishing up recovering from pneumonia

Please answer with help. I was not worried until they multiplied.

Thank you.
