What do I have in my buttcrack?

At first I thought this was a hemorrhoid and treated with wipes. After it seemed to start clearing up. I work with grass and dirt all day so it began to flare up. It constantly itches and is moist. Please give my any information on what it might be. Thank you.

Sounds like a yeast/fungal infection.  Over-the-counter creams are a good next step.  Look for anti-fungal creams and check the active ingredients.  Sometimes you have to try a few different ones depending on what the fungus is, so if one doesn't work, try one with a different active ingredient. (examples: Clotrimazole. Econazole. Miconazole)
