For skin health you want to eat foods high in Omega 3, Antioxidants, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C. Some examples are Fish, and Nuts/Seeds for Omega 3. Berries for Antioxidants ( I love adding blueberries), Spinach or offer Leafy veggies for Vit E.  Broccoli, cantaloupe for Vit C.
