What is causing my rash?

Hi. So i've been getting a rash for over a year. I only get it on my cheeks, temples and sometimes on my neck behind my ear. It starts with small red spots that get larger and become enflamed and raised usually one gets bigger than the rest. They take around a month to clear then months can go by before it comes back. Does anyone know what this could be?

Could be seborrheic dermatitis. You should probably have a dermatologist render an opinion.  I think it can be helped a lot if diagnosis is confirmed. Good luck.\

Thanks i'll look into that. I've spent hours online looking into skin conditions but cant find a definite match. This is the first time that it seems to be spreading and more than 5 or 6 spots, they don't itch or flake they just look terrible and stay for weeks
