What is it... what I have got growing?

A few years ago, I discovered little dead skin bit growing. I have no idea what it is or where I did get it from?
With my PC cam I made a few pics of it. Thanks in advance for diagnosing it. Any chance of getting rid of it without surgery?

I read that it can be removed by dipping it with 35% Hydrogen Peroxide. Is that correct?
Thx for the advice.

Thank you dear Doctor Bhupinder Kaur for giving me an idea for what it is or could be. I thought too, that it was not something dangerous, but since I noticed several such growths on my body I thought better to question/ investigate its presents.
I also believe that it could be easily surgically removed, but since it occurred on inconspicuous parts of the body, I'm not too concerned about it.
So, I might just mention at my next visit to a MD, because I don't think it's worth it to steal the precious time of a skin specialist, who needs the time to treat far serious cases of skin disorders.

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be seborrheic hyperplasia or seborrheic keratosis. It is a benign skin growth of keratinocytes. A skin biopsy will be helpful in confirming a diagnosis.
I sincerely suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
