What is this bump??

Hi, i am a 16 year old male who has recently found a bump on the the lower shaft of my penis. About four days ago i went to baseball practice but then came home to a bump on the shaft of my penis. When i had come home from practice i had waited for a couple hours to take a shower. While i was in there i had noticed this bump on my penis. It wasnt very big, pimple sized until i had examined it. I squeezed it thinking it was a pimple because i have had one there before and was able to pop it. As i was squeezing nothing came out. It only got bigger a red. I instantly got scared because although i am a virgin i did once have sexual contact with my now ex girlfriend. I had asked her before at the beginning if she was clean because i had heard rumors before we dated that she had had sex and had been fingered by someone who has been with quite a bit of women. When i asked she said that she had taken a test and that she was clean. When i had came in contact i didnt feel right about it and told her to get off before anything had happend. As i said before i have had one there before but it was about a year ago. I was able to pop the first one not on the first try but after a while of trying i was able to get this white sliver that looked like what would come out of a pimple on the nose. It then went away after a few days and i havent worried about it since now. As i was examining the newest one i squeezed it a little not meaning for anything to happen but plood and a clear liquid came out of it. I squeezed more and more but nothing seemed to happen. I had gotten the same result blood mixed with a clear liquid. I have done some research about this because i have been freaking out and not wanting to tell my mom about it. I had looked at images of some STDS such as Herpes, gonorrhea, aids, and others but nothing looks like what i have. I dont have any symptoms of having a STD but then i have read that not everyone has symptoms. I kept looking into it and found that it could be an inflamed hair follicle, ingrown hair, or cyst but i dont know. i'm not a doctor. I am thinking about telling my mom and am going to try to see a doctor about it if i dont see any results. I have been putting heat and pressure on it for about a day now. Oh and another thing that might help my ex has and sexual intercourse with a friend of mine about a month after we broke up. I talked to him and asked him about it and he seems fine and has another girlfriend and they as well have sexual intercourse and they seem perfectly fine. My ex also had another partner who seems fine as well. I havent talked to him at all but they seem fine. Please i need answers as soon as possible because i am very scared that i could have a STD.

Thank you both! These answers have taken some stress off my shoulders. But a few more questions. The swelling has gone down a lot since i had popped it which i feel good about in a way. It is still somewhat there. Its very little and has what seems like a scab or something on the top of it. It does look like there is a hair coming out of it but i am worried again because Sunday afternoon i had found out that i had some sort of blisters on the top of my gums. Now i have had these before. Sometimes i accidentally stab myself with my toothbrush and this happens which i had just brushed my teeth when i had found them but i am still worried. I did donate blood a couple weeks ago and i have just today gotten my results back. It said what my blood type was but would they have been able to pick up any trace of an STD? I am just hoping that i might be thinking to much about the situation but i am scared to tell my mother about it and go see a doctor. Does anybody have any idea if it could be an STD or not. I know its over the internet but please i would love some more advice before i talk about it with my doctor

I am not a MD, but I am a dermatology cert RN.  I agree with the above post.  It does sound like folliculitis.

CLn BodyWash, is uniquely designed for skin prone to eczema, acne, infection and folliculitis. Preserved with sodium hypochlorite, CLn BodyWash offers the effectiveness of a bleach bath with the luxury of a gentle skin cleanser.

Designed by dermatologists, this non-drying formulation can be used on compromised or sensitive skin without causing irritation or dryness. It also reduces the appearance of redness, dryness and scaly skin associated with eczema (atopic dermatitis) and is safe for use on children 6 months of age and older.*

http://www.clnwash.com   I do not work for this company but I thought I would share this with you.  We sell it in our office and have seen remarkable results.  I will be honest you can get the same effect by adding a cup of regular household bleach to a full bathtub of water (soak in the tub for about 15 to 20 mins).  This product is more gentle on the skin and less time consuming.  The CLn product only needs to be used 2 to 3 times a week and replaces your soap on those days, so it won't add to the time it takes to shower or get ready.  With folliculitis you could cut use down to only when you are experiencing a flare (seeing the bumps).

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like folliculitis. Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin but is more common on chest, shoulders and thighs. It starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).

It presents as red pimples with a hair in the center of each one. The pimples may have pus in them, and they may itch or burn.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Sorry i spelled a few things wrong. But another thing is the bump is around an area that has some pubic hair. I examined it a bit and it seems that there is a hair within the bump. It has also gotten what seems like to me a little swollen. I dont if this is a bad thing but like i said i need answers as soon as possible
