Is this a rash or reaction?

I woke up this morning with two red spots on the inside of my arm where it bends. One spot is below the bend on my forearm the other is above the bend. when i bend my arm they line up almost perfectly. They’re about the size of a half dollar & itched a little when I woke up but not much since. I’ve never had anything like it before,anyone know what it might be?

It could be just a little rash from sweat and dirt build up in that area, since it is where you bend.  You can watch it and if it gets worse, starts to be painful, or itchy- you can have a doctor check it out to be sure of the cause.
