What is this irritation?

I’ve had this irritation for a while now, probably a couple months. It somewhat heals but then after sex and masturbation it becomes raw again. It started with balanitis and the bigger area didn’t fully heal and then the other area (small pink spot) opens almost like a cut.

I have used antifungal, antibacterial, cortisone, now bio oil, and I have gotten std tests blood and urine and both negative. No symptoms other than these not fully healing. There is no discharge or contents inside of the abrasions and they don’t really hurt, maybe a slight itch when raw but that’s it. It is also these two in the same spot, and one or two very small cut like sores that seem to heal much quicker and go away. Is this irritation from sex?

Sounds like you just need to let things heal up completely before engaging in sexual activity- the friction is likely causing the spots that are healing to be irritated again, which will slow your healing process.  It never hurts to head to the doctor to have them take a look (aside from the STD testing you had done already) and let them know things are just not healing.
