What is this on my hand?

Have tiny bumps on my palms some of them have a dark center which when closely looked, looks like a tiny depression or as if a layer of skin in that area is peeled of.no pain no itching. When my palms are dry, the bump size is reduced. When moisturized, it plumps up. When soaked in water for 5-10 minutes, the black center turns white- grey and is barely noticeable. It becomes visible again after the skin is dry. Could this be a wart or contact dermatitis or any other? The pictures don't show me much. But, if I had to guess, they're warts.
