What is this on my skin?

Hi, I've had a rash on my torso now for months and after ignoring it for a long long time have finally gotten fed up and am ready to get rid of it. One problem. I don't know what it is. It is constant on my stomach, slightly below my armpits, wraps around below my armpits to a little on the outter part of my upper back, a little thin patch on my lower back and then tiny spots on the inside of my elbows. The rash doesn't really have any side effects other than that it is a little dry and looks bad.  It also only occurs on these specific spots mentioned. The rash is light reddish to a slight pink and is patchy almost like it is in small blotches. The texture of it just feels like dry indentations.  I have a picture provided although my camera is not high end and with only one picture allowed it's impossible to show all of the rash. The picture i did provide is of the rash under my left armpit. The picture was the best out of the ones that i have to show the texture and pattern. just picture that on the spots i mentioned.hopefully the picture will be of some use. any information and/or help is appreciated. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. Pityraisis rosea was he suggestion another doctor had given me as well. Although he said that it shouldn't last as long as I've had mine and he didn't know how to get rid of it. I will be seeing a dermatologist shortly to see if i can get this figured out for sure and taken care of. Thank you once again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One possibility that can present with such symptoms is of pityraisis rosea. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.
I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get this possibility evaluated. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
