What is this?
I just noticed this today. It feels like a bump but only on the upper most part of it. It also causes a very slight pain on touch. The first picture is a normal picture of the thing. The second picture is of me pulling the skin so it lays completely flat. Is it something I need to get checked out or is it something benign?
