White Skin Under Eyes??
Hello, I am a 15 year old hispanic female. Over the last few years, it seems that I have developed a weird skin pigmentation problem. Under one of my eyes, it is very pale and people have asked me if I have tanned with goggles on and such. It is very strange, since the rest of my skin is rather dark.
I have visited a dermatologist, and he has stated that it was not vitiligo. I'm wondering what else it could be, and how this issue can be resolved.
