Why did I get Molluscums?

I am 23 year old male.
Noticed 5-6 molluscums on my arm.
8 months before that, I had unprotected sex. I thought it was HIV and got tested for 3rd time after potential exposure. Negative.

I had 3 tests :
- 10th day after contact PCR test
- 84th day after contact Rapid blood test
- 8th month after contact(after molluscums appeared) also Rapid blood test but different from previous one
- 10th month after contact HIV Combi ECLIA.

All results are negative.
On 84th day also got tested for HepB and HepC.

Does molluscum mean I have bad immune system? Other than acne on my face, I do not have other health issues.

Molluscum is a very contagious skin condition that you can get anywhere - you can get it from touching other people, but you can get it from surfaces like towels, sporting equipment, things at the gym, children share it at day care centers, etc.

People with weakened immune systems might be more likely to get it, but anyone can get it. It can be transmitted sexually, but that's not the only way it's transmitted.
