Why is the Skin on my penis turning brown

Hello i need a dermatologist opinion. I was expose to HPV and about 1 week ago my skin is turning brown, growing every day larger. When the skin is streched is looks as normals brown skin, but when it's folded y looks like with texture. I have a date with dr next week but i am worrying sick. Is this HPV? Is this a rash? I attach image and any other information i will be glad to share.

So sorry, but there are not currently dermatologists here to answer questions, and we don't look at images- that's an incredibly inaccurate way to assist someone with a medical condition, which is why images can't be posted on the forums.  HPV wouldn't cause your skin to turn brown, symptoms (if you experienced some) would be warts and itching.  If you were exposed to it though, you should get tested- many times HPV will not display any symptoms.
