Worried about a mole that I have picked off

Hi, I have Health anxiety and have recently been obsessing over my moles. I became focused on a 2mm mole above my knee that Ive had aslong as I remember. It was an oval shape and was tan and I noticed a small slightly raised portion with some hairs coming out of it and was unsure if it had always been that way. I cant remember the colour of the raised area but it definitely wasnt drastically different. I squeezed it thinking it might be a block follicle and clear liquid came out. The mole has since scabbed and now is pink and raised and doesnt look like a mole anymore. Im very worried it will dissapear and I could have hidden melanoma cells that were present and are now just underneath. Just looking for your advice really, thanks.

Sounds like a pretty normal reaction for a mole to have after being picked at- but if it has you concerned, it's best that you check with a doctor and just have them take a look at the spot.
