angular cheilitis worsen not responding to meds

hi I have something that looks like angular cheilitis redness at 2 sides of the lips getting bigger and redder for month. no fungal/hydrostroide  has helped and it's getting worse have tried 4 creamers with and without corticosteroids. none helped and I am suffering from it. I'm wondering wether it was even a fungus since nothing helped. I really need help.

I had this last year and tried to get rid of it with several medications that did not work.  My dermatologist suggested getting  filler injections in the corners of my mouth and that has worked.  I have been 9 months without a reoccurrence.  I was told this might have happened because the folds in the corners of my mouth might have gotten larger due to age. I don’t know if this will help you but it helped me.

You  mentioned treating it with anti-fungal medications, but have you tried antibiotics?  Have you called the doctor treating it to let them know what they have given isn't helping?
