Hello,
First of all please relax as any stress or anxiety at this moment will not prove good to your baby. See atypical nevi can be mild, moderate or severe depending on the amount of dysplasia or atypia they show. Treatment is possible depending on the staging and the severity. My sincere is to have regular follow ups with your doctor.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.

Hello,
Nevus is another name for mole and atypical means a mole that is different form the normal mole. It has to be evaluated further because of the suspicion being a malignant melanoma. They can be mild, moderate or severe dysplastic with severe being close to malignancy. So please follow up with your dermatologist and get it evaluated further.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
