blotchy red skin under eyes in spots on face

i have red patchy skin under my right eye and sometimes on my left, its not bad but no matter how much moisturizer i put on it , its seems to never go away it also makes my skin feel tight by my eyes, i use non comegenic products because my skin is sensitive, i also have small blotchy red marks on my face there very small in clusters which makes my complexion look uneven almost like little chicken pox which( i know its not) almost give my face a reddish tint, nothing really itches though, is there something you could recommend to help with my complexion, and what could this be, i havent had a pimple on my face since i was 20 which was 8 years ago, so my skin is clear. Hopefully someone can relate thanks for your help

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

The symptoms can be due to seborrheic dermatitis or contact dermatitis. The mainstay of management is liberal use of moisturizers after washing with luke warm water. Soap should be used minimally. Moisturizers should be reapplied liberally during the day.You can also use a topical cortisone (steroid) cream or ointment like dermacort(hydrocortisone). Adding a humidifier to the central heating system of your home or using a humidifier also helps. Also shampoo the hair vigorously and frequently (preferably daily) with antidandruff shampoo. Active ingredients in these shampoos include salicylic acid, coal tar, zinc, resorcin, ketoconazole, or selenium.

If still the symptoms persisit then possibility of eczema or atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, or pitted keratolysis is there.Pls consult a dermatologist for clinical examination in that case.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
