MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like alopecia hair. Alopecia areata is a condition that causes round patches of hair loss, and can lead to total hair loss. Since it is scarring alopecia hence hair transplantation may be needed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

A scarring alopecia may perhaps need a punch grafting. Do consult a dermatologist.
