bug bites, blisters, dry skin, itches for MONTHS

In Dec. my bestfriends son started getting bites and marks. Then a month or two later his sister and brother then about another month their mother. They use diff soaps and tried to figure out what caused it. The Dr says it is eczema, after the other people in the family got it he still says the same thing and they bought super expensive meds to fix it but nothing. They had blisters all over their hands and bites everywhere!! Then in May I noticed bites on me and they never went away then I noticed I was itching ALL THE TIME!(still have the bites from may)! I thought I had scabies but it doesnt fit the bill. I can not afford a dr so hopeing this might help. Now I am covered in the red bite type marks that itch all the time adn hurt. my breast, my upper legs, my back , my private areas, my stretch marks all have been invaded my an overwhelming uncomfort!!! to make it worse my daughter,10,  has more bumps than me, lotion had noeffect and tea tree oil helps to an extent. To top it all off now my 3 year old started getting blisters! Started Friday 1, 2, then 3 next thing I know like 15 in 2/3 days time. It hurts him and I am so confused. He has a few red bumps and started the ithing also and I feel like I am not being a good enough parent cause I am jobless as it is and now I cant get them the help they need. Please someone if you have any idea PLEASE HELP!!! we dont have fleas or bed bugs and I have sprayed for bugs and stuff I am so confused!! HELP

This sounds EXACTLY like BEDBUGS. Asimple spray will NOT get rid of them, either; they must be exterminated. They will not go away on their own....they will spread. If you live in an apartment building, they will be (or already do) living with your neighbors, as well. A jacket, a purse on the floor, a suitcase on the bed/or floor (gross) where these little bugs hang out, (hotels, theaters, restaurants....where someone ELSE has bedbugs, and brought them out with them-these little guys HIDE, so they can be anywhere!) that has twhile you're out, and then carried back into your home. Now, you have bedbugs.
