crater/holes on my foreskin?

Not sure what it is, it doesnt hurt but im really curious.

It doesnt heal, ive had it for years and hasnt effect me in anyway but those holes are obviously not suppose to be there. Please help with any info. Any info!

I have excaly the same holes on my foreskin and my doctors don't  know what they are I'm goin back on Wednesday with this information hopefully this will help

It can be due to molluscum which are multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug. They are the result of a viral skin infection that is spread through skin-to-skin contact, so the infection can often be passed on during sex. You should consult an urologist who will physically examine your lump and then decide the treatment
